01 — Overview

ShortKhaos is a personal tool for the purpose of managing and scheduling YouTube Shorts and TikTok content. By using this tool, you agree to these terms.

02 — Use of the Tool

ShortKhaos is intended for personal use by the account owner. You agree to:

• Use the tool only with accounts and content you own or have rights to manage
• Comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and TikTok's Terms of Service
• Not use the tool to upload or schedule content that violates platform policies
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or exploit the tool's API integrations

03 — API Access & Third-Party Platforms

ShortKhaos interacts with the YouTube Data API v3 and TikTok Content Posting API on your behalf using OAuth 2.0 authorization that you grant. You may revoke access at any time through your Google or TikTok account settings. This tool is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, YouTube, or TikTok.

04 — Data

ShortKhaos does not store your content, credentials, or personal data on any external server. OAuth tokens are stored locally on your machine. See our Privacy Policy for details.

05 — Disclaimer of Warranties

This tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. ShortKhaos makes no guarantees that the tool will function without interruption or that scheduled posts will publish on time. Platform API changes may affect functionality.

06 — Limitation of Liability

ShortKhaos is not liable for any missed posts, content errors, account suspensions, or other damages arising from use of this tool. Use it at your own discretion.

07 — Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the tool constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
