01 — Who We Are

ShortKhaos is a personal tool for managing YouTube Shorts and TikTok content scheduling. This policy explains how the tool handles your information.

02 — What Data We Access

ShortKhaos accesses the following data solely to perform its intended functions:

• Your YouTube channel's video list, titles, descriptions, and publish status — via the YouTube Data API v3
• Your TikTok account's content posting permissions — via the TikTok Content Posting API
• OAuth 2.0 access tokens issued by Google and TikTok when you authorize the app

03 — What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information
• We do not store your video content, thumbnails, or media files on any external server
• We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or cookies
• We do not sell, share, or transmit your data to any third party

04 — Local Storage Only

All OAuth tokens are stored locally on your machine in a file called youtube_token.json. This file never leaves your computer. No external database or cloud storage is used.

05 — Third-Party APIs

ShortKhaos communicates directly with:

• YouTube Data API v3 (Google) — governed by Google's Privacy Policy
• TikTok Content Posting API — governed by TikTok's Privacy Policy

Data sent to these APIs is subject to their respective privacy policies. ShortKhaos does not intercept or log that data.

06 — Revoking Access

You can revoke ShortKhaos's API access at any time:

• YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions
• TikTok: Settings → Security → Authorized Apps

Deleting the local youtube_token.json file will also remove local access.

07 — Children's Privacy

ShortKhaos is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

08 — Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the tool constitutes acceptance of any revised policy.
